Welcome back to Three on Thursday, my weekly even though I sometimes skip weeks list of things I'm loving at the moment that I think you should do, try, or buy.  If you're interested in past weeks, you can find those here.

Happy Thanksgiving to those of you in the US with me.  While it's not a huge holiday for my family, I appreciate the day off of work nonetheless.  Two days, actually, the office is closed tomorrow as well.  So in honor of this day, I've got a Thanksgiving themed Three on Thursday for you.

1. Thanksgiving Leftover Casserole.  Wasting food is the worst, so make sure you find ways to use up your Thanksgiving leftovers.  This casserole is perfect, as are these bite sized turkey and mashed potato balls.  Personally, I recommend saving everything for your dog, particularly if you're totally over all the Thanksgiving foods the day after Thanksgiving.  You can turn the same ingredients into turkey dog biscuits or turkey and sweet potato meatballs.  (The meatballs are more up Hawkeye's alley.)  I trust you don't need any help figuring out what to do with leftover dessert.

2. Thanksgiving Punch.  Thanksgiving is not complete in our house without cocktails, that's for sure.  We've tried many, and although you can never go wrong with a simple glass of champagne, I have to say that this punch is my Thanksgiving favorite - with flavored vodka added, of course.  The flavors are really good so if there's kids around or something, it's easy to make and enjoy as is.  But for adults, you gotta add the vodka!  Pinnacle makes both caramel flavored and whipped cream flavored, which are perfect.  Vanilla works too, and Smirnoff makes cinnamon churro and marshmallow flavors, so you really can't go wrong with whatever you choose.

3. Taco Bell Friendsgiving.  You just have to look at that menu, you'll die.  Turkerito!  Gordita Bread Stuffing!  Cannot stop laughing.  But yet, it looks awesome to me, so if you recreate it, invite me over.  I would totally eat Taco Bell for Thanksgiving, if my mom would let me.

Happy Thursday and Happy Thanksgiving!
