Monthly Decluttering Project: Laundry Room

This post may contain affiliate links.

Our laundry room is one of the areas I most need to tackle, because it's quite a dumping ground at the moment.  It's become the catch all space for extra products, like paper towels, as well as all our cleaning supplies.  In addition to all the actual laundry things we need stored in there.

If your home is similar, here's what you can start decluttering from your space:

Ready for the before photos?

I don't mind the clothes and stuff, since that's just the nature of cycling through laundry.  But it's all the extras that are driving me nuts.  Like tons of cleaning products we don't use because I use mostly natural, DIY stuff.  And there's no reason for the ironing board to always be out like that, even if it is a big room.  It's just a hard space to organize without any shelving, but I'm not sure if I even want shelving in there.  We'll have to see how things look once I'm able to declutter.

I have my work cut out for me for the rest of the month!
