Welcome back to Three on Thursday, a weekly list of three things I'm loving at the moment that I think you should do, try, or buy.  If you're interested in past weeks and more recommendations, you can find those here.  If you make your own Three on Thursday list, please share it in the comments so I can check it out.

ONE.

Sidney's Charisma.  aka, our horse.  He won his very first race!  What a good boy.

TWO.

Hidden Figures.  I started my Fall Film Challenge over the weekend, and got a ton of movies watched due to the holiday and due to the fact that we didn't plan much and also cancelled the one thing we did plan (attending a Labor Day party on Sunday.)  Hidden Figures was definitely the favorite of the weekend (Ready Player One was close second!) and I can see it easily being the favorite out of my entire list of 25 movies to watch, so if you haven't watched it yet, you definitely should.  It's as good as everyone says.  We have OnDemand with DirecTV so I was able to watch it free that way.  You can watch it free on Amazon too with a free trial.

THREE.

Dollar Shave Club.  I like safety razors.  John hates them.  So he has a traditional razor with the replaceable blades and you know how expensive those are.  Even when we get the giant pack at Costco, they're still overpriced.  He decided to try Dollar Shave Club, at least for keeping a razor at the firehouse (they have to be totally clean shaven in order for the face mask to seal correctly), and they're working just as well for him for a fraction of the price.  For the first order, you choose which type of blade you want and the handle comes with it.  After that, you get razors sent to you each month or two, or longer if you don't need them that often, for super cheap prices.  The price depends on the blades you get, but no more than $9 for 4 blade replacement heads.  And the razors work great for women, so if you're spending way too much on blades lately, I recommend the switch.  With that link, you can try any of their three options for $1.  It's super easy to pause, change, or cancel at any time, so it's worth it to test them out.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  You can also join me on Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.  In addition to minimalism and organizing, I love all things 'real life' so use the hashtag #notentirelyperfect on social media so I can see your beautifully unstaged life.  On the top of the side bar to your right, you can follow me on Bloglovin or subscribe via e-mail to be alerted to each new post.
