Three on Thursday - Weekly Favorites

Welcome back to Three on Thursday, a weekly list of three things I'm loving at the moment that I think you should do, try, or buy.  If you're interested in past weeks and more recommendations, you can find those here.  If you make your own Three on Thursday list, please share it in the comments so I can check it out.

Hocus Pocus Mug.  I love this.  I am fully in Halloween season, we've already been putting our decorations together and displaying some things inside the house.  This quote is my favorite from that movie and it's easily in my top 10 favorite movie quotes and probably the one I say most often.  I saw one at Spirit Halloween this year, but the quality was not great (confirmed by the reviews on their website that say you can't even hand wash it without the print coming off) and I wanted something a little more minimalist, to match my style.  I contacted Holly - we've been blog friends since day one - because she started an Etsy store and can make pretty much anything you want.  I texted her and she knew exactly what I wanted and had it shipped to me in like a week and bonus - her mugs are dishwasher safe!  I've tested, it's still perfect.  She has t-shirts, pillow cases, ornaments, all sorts of things so if you need something printed, she's your girl.  Of course, I recommend the mug.  I'll be getting a second soon.  John is going to be Ron Swanson for Halloween, and of course he needs a coffee mug with a good Ron saying on it, but I can't decide which quote to use.  If you have a favorite, let me know in the comments.

Erin Condren Hardbound Notebooks.  Although I love a lot of digital options like Google Calendar and Evernote, I'm often still a pen to paper kind of girl.  I think it helps me relax, like once I commit something to the page then it's out of my head.  If you're familiar with that feeling, you know that good notebooks are important, and I really like these Erin Condren hardbound ones.  The page quality is fantastic, even for thicker pens.  They do lay really flat and come in super pretty colors, and since the covers are hard, it holds up well in your purse.  They come in lined or dot grid, and personalization on the cover is free.  They're also currently on sale at 4 for $36.  When you use this link and create an account, you get a $10 off coupon e-mailed to you.  Which would make the notebooks 4 for $26.  If you want to see how I use mine or for me to list all the ways you could potentially use these, I can make that a blog post soon.

New Mattress.  I love our new mattress so far.  It's soft enough for me but it's not so soft that John hates it, which is a nice compromise (we didn't want to shell out for the adjustable dual sided firmness one because we want to get a bigger bed eventually, so it would be a waste of money.)  We also got the adjustable base for free, which is so much fun.  Plus free delivery and the mattress itself was on sale - I just love saving money.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  You can also join me on Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.  In addition to minimalism and organizing, I love all things 'real life' so use the hashtag #notentirelyperfect on social media so I can see your beautifully unstaged life.  On the top of the side bar to your right, you can follow me on Bloglovin or subscribe via e-mail to be alerted to each new post.
