Welcome back to Three on Thursday, a weekly list of three things I'm loving at the moment that I think you should do, try, or buy.  If you're interested in past weeks and more recommendations, you can find those here.  If you make your own Three on Thursday list, please share it in the comments so I can check it out.

ONE.

MildlinersHighlighting things is a big part of my new job (commercial real estate law) because I have surveys to read and and giant leases and association agreements to pull important language from.  But I was finding that when I was using the normal, traditional highlighters, it was hard to go back to anything that wasn't in yellow and still be able to read it clearly.  Pink, orange, blue, they're just kind of dark or too bright for some reason.  Enter mildliners.  I didn't even realize this was a problem for other people too but apparently it is so they created these highlighters that are in, you guessed it, mild colors.  Game changer.  I love them and they're so much easier to read through and easier on my eyes.  I think they'd also be good for planners, bibles, decorating journals, etc.

TWO.

Small Updates.  All over the place, honestly.  At work, just getting new tools like the mildliners.  At home, with a little table and new flooring and new paint in the basement.  And obviously online (because I will clearly do anything to avoid writing posts when I'm in full on procrastination mode.)  You probably noticed here, assuming this is not your first time reading this blog, that I updated the Three on Thursday photo, changed around the layout, updated navigation and old posts.  I've been slowly doing the same with Instagram, Pinterest, just generally cleaning up the blog and social media aspects of my life, to simplify and to tailor everything more towards where my interests are now.  Which are not the same as when I started this blog in 2012 - but I'd still never get rid of the old bar golf, cocktail cupcakes, or night of 1000 jello shots posts!  I don't think much of my actual content will change going forward though (except maybe to incorporate more witchy stuff since I'm doing more of that in my daily life than I used to.)  I know that the time for change is generally in January, but I recommend tweaking things now too if you've been feeling blah.  Small changes to daily routines can make everything feel new and fun again.

THREE.

This Post from Kristen.  As you know already, Plastic Free July is in full swing.  Steph and I will have 'day in the life' posts tomorrow, highlighting the ways we are and aren't sustainable in our everyday routines.  So I'm super proud of everyone who has opted to participate with us, in big ways or small, and I feel like Kristen's post was just amazing and is an incredibly helpful resource if you need more ideas.  Keep kicking ass Kristen!!  Also, if you don't know her, you should read her blog because she has great ideas to share, books to recommend, outfit posts, and cute pugs and what more do you need in life, really?
