Welcome back to Three on Thursday, a weekly list of three things I'm loving at the moment that I think you should do, try, or buy.  If you're interested in past weeks and more recommendations, you can find those here.  If you make your own Three on Thursday list, please share it in the comments so I can check it out.

ONE.

Banana Pepper Rings.  I have eaten way too many of this stupid little things this summer.  If you've never had these, it's not a spicy pepper.  It's closer to a pickle.  But it's the ultimate burger or hot dog topping because it's pickle and onion and hint of pepper all in one.  Delicious.  John loves grilling, so he makes me veggie burgers while he makes his meat, and I topped all of them with banana peppers.  John thought I was crazy but only because he's never had them before.  As soon as he tried, he was hooked.  Now they're a weekly grocery list staple because we go through them so fast.  Anyone else obsessed with these?

TWO.

Talenti Roman Raspberry Dairy Free Sorbeto.  Talenti is amazing.  Gelato or sorbet, if you've had it, you know.  Every flavor is fantastic.  I tried out the dairy free raspberry version and it was so perfect. I love that tart raspberry flavor so this was right up my alley.  And no dairy, score!  But still soft and creamy.  I don't know how they do it, but they really do perfect every flavor they have, and I plan on trying the mango next because why not.  The original vanilla bean is a favorite of mine too, even though it isn't vegan.  The main problem with Talenti?  It's so damn expensive!  Which brings me to:

THREE.

Homemade Raspberry Sorbet.  I figured there had to be way to make it for cheaper because there really weren't that many ingredients.  How hard could it be, right?  Turns out, not that hard!  I even used this slightly healthier version and thought it tasted great.  Freeze berries, add honey, lemon, water, blend, freeze again.  Talenti without the Talenti price.  I mean, no, it's not as good as the store bought stuff, but for homemade in 5 minutes?  It's perfect.
