Three on Thursday

Welcome back to Three on Thursday, a weekly list of three things I'm loving at the moment that I think you should do, try, or buy.  If you're interested in past weeks and more recommendations, you can find those here.  If you make your own Three on Thursday list, please share it in the comments so I can check it out.

Heated Outdoor Cat House.  No, I do not have cats.  But if you follow me on Instagram, you'd know that we have feral cats that live in our backyard and I've been feeding them since they came around during the summer (spring?)  There are two that come for food every day, I named them Matilda and Baxter.  They seem to have no intention of leaving, which is fine with me, because we have no mice or rats so clearly they're taking care of things in the alley.  Since it's getting cold, I asked John for this heated cat house for my birthday.  It was so easy to put together (literally just velcro) and I stuck it out there and plugged it in and it took them only like 20 minutes to figure it out and they've been in it every day since.  Happy kitties!

New Address Numbers.  I've wanted these pretty much since we moved in!  But we had so many other projects that this just kept getting pushed to the bottom of the list.  You really couldn't see the tiny numbers that were on the house before, so one of the things I asked for for my birthday was to get some nice new ones that would stand out but also last a long time.  Etsy to the rescue, as always.  It's crazy to think something so small would make that big of a difference, but now that it's done I feel like the front of the house looks so different.  Updated, modern.  I love it.

Witchy Subscription Boxes.  Normally, subscription boxes aren't my thing.  I always think that I would rather take that amount and go buy exactly what I want instead of taking a chance on a mystery box.  Plus there's usually a lot of waste involved in these boxes, since things come in plastic trial size containers.  I still believe this when it comes to makeup and clothes.  But I love the idea of boxes more tailored to specific hobbies as Christmas gifts.  Specifically, witchy ones.  Of course.  They come at all different price points, and I tend to like the contents and price of Sugar Muses and The Witches Roots.  But they really are all beautiful.  If you're struggling to find someone a gift, just one month of any of these would be a great option!
